Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to learn about IsolaDesk, try it, buy it and get help, whatever the way they browse.
Last updated: October 13, 2026Our target
This statement covers the website isoladesk.app, in English and French. We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
Where we stand
The website has not been audited by an independent organization yet. This statement is based on our own review, done in October 2026 with keyboard-only navigation, automated checks and zoomed layouts. We consider the site partially conformant: most of the guidelines are met, and the exceptions we know about are listed below.
What we checked
- Every page has a single main heading, a logical heading order, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Text and buttons meet the AA contrast ratios in both the light and the dark theme, which follows your system setting.
- Pages reflow without horizontal scrolling down to a width of 320 pixels, and text can be zoomed.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for less motion.
- Forms have visible labels, and their results are announced to screen readers.
- Each page declares its language, and links to the other language are marked as such.
Known limits
- Screenshots of the app are pictures: their text alternatives describe them, but not every word they contain.
- Payment and subscription management happen on pages operated by Stripe, which are outside our control.
- We haven’t yet tested the whole site with every combination of screen reader and browser.
- This statement covers the website. In the IsolaDesk app, the content of each workspace is WhatsApp Web, whose accessibility depends on WhatsApp.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us: email support@isoladesk.app with the page address and what happened. We usually reply within one to two business days, and we’ll give you the information you need in another way if we can’t fix the page right away.
Technical details
The website uses HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. The pages remain readable without JavaScript, except for the lost-key form and the order confirmation page, which need it. It is designed to work with current versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
