What the table doesn’t show
All-in-one apps are broader
Ferdium, Rambox, Franz and Wavebox handle dozens of services, workspaces and browser-style features. If you want everything in one window, they’re a natural choice, and Ferdium is free and open source.
IsolaDesk does less on purpose: one job, WhatsApp, with an Overview that shows every number’s unread messages, notifications per workspace and an app lock, on the Mac only.
WhatsApp’s own apps
WhatsApp lets you use two accounts on one phone. On linked devices, which include the Mac app and WhatsApp Web, it says account switching isn’t available.
Some people open WhatsApp Web in one browser profile per number. It works, but each profile is a separate window with its own notifications and nothing shows you every account at once.
No account, no tracking
