Affiliate Program Terms

The rules for promoting IsolaDesk as a partner and being paid for it. You accept them when you join the program on our partner portal.

Last updated: October 26, 2026
The essentials
  • You earn 25% of every payment of a customer you referred, calculated before tax: first purchase, renewals, upgrades and lifetime licenses.
  • A sale is yours if it comes within 90 days of the last click on your link (last click wins).
  • Refunded or charged-back payments earn nothing.
  • Payouts by PayPal or Wise, from $25, 15 days after the end of each month.
  • Say that your link is an affiliate link. No spam, no self-referrals, no ads on our name, no misleading claims: IsolaDesk is independent, not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

1. Who we are

The IsolaDesk affiliate program (the “Program”) is run by HAVEN GLOBAL SERVICES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16267495, registered office First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London, W8 4LZ, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”), which publishes IsolaDesk. These Terms are an agreement between us and you, the partner (“you”). The Program is managed with Tolt, Inc. (“Tolt”), which provides our partner portal at affiliates.isoladesk.app. IsolaDesk is sold to customers by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle; commissions are paid by us or on our behalf.

2. Joining the program

To join, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), give accurate details, have a PayPal or Wise account that can receive payments in US dollars, and be able to receive payments lawfully from a UK company. Companies and individuals may join; one account per person or company. We may accept or decline an application, at our discretion, for example if your channels promote illegal content, hate, adult content or deceptive practices. By joining, you accept these Terms and the terms of service of the partner portal.

You get a personal referral link (our website address followed by ?ref= and your code). When a visitor opens it, and has accepted ad measurement in our cookie banner, a cookie keeps your code for 90 days. A purchase made in that time from that browser is attributed to you; if the visitor clicked several partners’ links, the last one clicked before the purchase wins. A free trial started in that window keeps your code, so its conversion to a paid plan is attributed to you even after the 90 days, including when the customer pays from inside the app.

A sale can only be attributed when it is recorded by the Program’s tracking: visitors who refuse cookies, block them or buy from another device are not tracked, and we cannot attribute those sales manually. Our records and Tolt’s are the reference for clicks, sales and commissions; if you believe a sale is missing, tell us within 30 days and we will look into it in good faith.

4. Commission

You earn a commission of 25% of every payment made by a customer attributed to you, for as long as that customer pays: the first purchase, each renewal, payments for a move to a bigger plan, and lifetime licenses. The commission is calculated on the amount actually received for that payment before tax, that is after sales tax, VAT or GST, and excluding any discount; it is computed in US dollars. No commission is due on payments made before you joined, on your own purchases, or on payments attributed in breach of these Terms.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

A payment that is refunded, in full or in part, or disputed by the customer (chargeback) earns no commission, in proportion to the amount refunded or disputed. If the commission on it was already counted or paid, it is deducted from your balance or from later payouts.

6. Payouts

Commissions are paid in US dollars by PayPal or Wise, to the account you set in the partner portal, once your payable balance reaches $25. Payouts are made 15 days after the end of each calendar month, for the commissions earned in the previous month; a balance below the minimum carries over to the following month. Fees charged by PayPal or Wise, and any currency conversion, are your responsibility. We may ask for identity and tax information (such as a tax form or VAT number) before a payout, and hold payouts until we receive it.

7. Disclosure

You must clearly disclose your relationship with us wherever you promote IsolaDesk, close to the link and before the reader clicks, in words they understand, for example “I earn a commission if you buy through this link” or the label “#ad” or “affiliate link” where the platform calls for it. This is required by advertising and consumer law, such as the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and the UK Advertising Standards Authority’s CAP Code, and by the rules of the platform you publish on. Your recommendations must reflect your honest opinion and real experience.

8. Prohibited promotion

You must not:

  • refer yourself, your own company or accounts you control, or buy through your own link to earn a commission;
  • bid on “IsolaDesk”, its misspellings or variants combined with any other words, as keywords in Google Ads or any other search or app-store advertising, or use them in ad text or display URLs;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages: WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, direct messages or comments, including to bought or scraped lists, or post your link where it isn’t welcome;
  • publish your link or our offer on coupon, discount, deal or cashback websites, or promise a discount we don’t offer, without our written approval;
  • make false or misleading claims about IsolaDesk, its features, prices or results, or about WhatsApp. You must not present IsolaDesk as made, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta: say that it is an independent app, not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta whenever you mention WhatsApp;
  • impersonate IsolaDesk, HAVEN GLOBAL SERVICES LTD or our team, or create websites, social media accounts, apps or domain names that could be mistaken for ours or that contain “IsolaDesk”;
  • use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, browser extensions, adware, hidden frames or any other technique that sets a referral cookie without a real click, or that overwrites another partner’s link;
  • promote IsolaDesk next to illegal, hateful, violent or adult content, or for uses that break WhatsApp’s terms or the law (such as bulk or unsolicited messaging);
  • break the law that applies to your promotion, including advertising, consumer, privacy and anti-spam laws.

9. Our name and materials

While you are in the Program, you may use the name IsolaDesk, our logo and the materials of our press kit and of our share kit to promote IsolaDesk, without changing them and in line with these Terms. You must not register trademarks, domain names or accounts containing our name. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC: use it only to say what IsolaDesk works with. This permission ends with your participation.

10. Personal data and Tolt

To run the Program, we and Tolt, which processes data on our behalf, process the data you give us and that the Program records: your name, email address, country, your channels, your PayPal or Wise payout details, tax information, your referral code, and the clicks, trials, sales and commissions attributed to you. We use it to manage your account, attribute sales, pay you, keep accounting and tax records, and prevent fraud. You can see how in our Privacy Policy, which also explains your rights; Tolt’s own privacy policy applies to your use of the portal. You only receive aggregated or pseudonymous information about the customers you referred, never their contact details, and you may not try to identify them.

11. Independent partners and taxes

You act as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms makes you our employee, agent or partner in law, and you may not make commitments in our name. You are responsible for declaring your commissions and paying the taxes and social contributions due on them where you live.

12. Suspension and termination

You can leave the Program at any time from the portal or by writing to us. We can end your participation at any time with 30 days’ notice by email; commissions earned until the end of that notice are still paid. We can suspend or end your participation immediately if you breach these Terms. In case of fraud, or of a serious breach of section 8 (such as spam, self-referrals, cookie stuffing or misleading claims), unpaid commissions are forfeited, and we may claim back commissions paid on fraudulent sales. Once your participation ends, your links stop earning commissions, and you must remove our name, logo and materials from your channels.

13. Liability

The Program, the portal and the tracking are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, and we do not guarantee any level of income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from the Program, including lost commissions caused by tracking failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. You are responsible for your own promotion and will indemnify us against claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or of the law.

If, despite the above, we are held liable to you, our total liability for all claims together, whatever their cause, is limited to USD 500 (five hundred US dollars), to the extent the law allows, plus any commissions you validly earned and that remain unpaid: this limit never allows us to withhold them. It does not apply to the liabilities the law does not let us limit (above).

Confidentiality

Information we give you that isn’t public, such as statistics, unreleased features, terms agreed with you or information about customers, is confidential: you may only use it for the Program and must not disclose it.

Compliance, checks and transfer

You must comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws (including the UK Bribery Act 2010) and with sanctions laws, and you confirm that you are not subject to sanctions. We may check your promotion and ask you for information or evidence about your traffic, disclosures and consents; you must answer within 10 days. We may hold commissions while a reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach is being looked into. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms; we may transfer them to a company that takes over the Program.

14. Changes to the program

We may change these Terms, the commission rate, the payout terms or the Program itself, or end the Program, by telling you by email or in the portal at least 30 days before the change applies; a change required by law or to stop fraud may apply sooner. Changes never reduce commissions already earned on payments made before they apply. If you don’t accept a change, you can leave the Program before it applies; staying in it afterwards means you accept it.

15. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the same law as our Terms of Sale: the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules of the law of your country where they apply. These Terms are published in several languages; in case of difference, the English version prevails. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.
