A sturdier base for many numbers
Everything here runs in the app itself and never reads the content of your messages.
Automatic updates Available
Downloaded in the background, installed when you restart, with a way back if an update fails.
Identity bar on every panel Available
The business, the number you entered, its country and color around each panel, and an optional confirmation before you write from a sensitive account.
Time zone, language and opening hours per workspace Available
See “Mexico City, 09:40, open” at a glance, linked to Do Not Disturb. No location tracking.
Account health at a glance Available
Which workspaces need a new QR code, have unread messages, are asleep and not watched, or show an error.
Guided reconnection and setup assistant Available
A Reconnect button on each card, step by step, and an assistant to set up several accounts on first launch.
Quick replies Available
Saved answers per business and per language, previewed and then copied: you paste and send them yourself.
Follow-up reminders Available
“Call the supplier back tomorrow at 10” in a given workspace: a notification that opens it. Nothing is ever sent for you.
Notes per workspace Available
Encrypted on your computer and locked together with the app.
Saved layouts Available
“Shops” or “Gulf morning”: two or four panels, their order and group, in one click.
Hidden from screen sharing Available
Keep the whole window, or one workspace, out of screen sharing and recordings, within the limits macOS allows.
Ephemeral workspace Available
A workspace whose WhatsApp session is erased each time IsolaDesk quits; its name and settings stay.
“With which number?” for WhatsApp links Available
Optional, with your agreement: a WhatsApp link opens in the workspace you choose, remembered per contact.
Mac shortcuts Available
Open a workspace, lock the app or turn on Do Not Disturb from Shortcuts or a launcher. No command can send or type a message.
One-click activation from the website Available
A short-lived, single-use code instead of copying your key; the key never appears in a web address.
Encrypted configuration backup Available
Workspaces, settings, quick replies, reminders, tasks, notes and layouts, saved encrypted to a folder you choose. Never your WhatsApp sessions.
Local access log Available
Unlocks, exports and deletions, kept on your computer.
Tasks Available
A to-do list beside your chats, with an optional reminder and workspace for each task. Kept on this computer, never synced.

An assistant you turn on only if you want it
These features read what WhatsApp Web shows on your screen. They are optional and off by default. AI features run on your Mac, or with your own key from a provider you choose: IsolaDesk hosts no AI and receives none of your messages.
One inbox for every unread chat Available
The unread chats of every workspace in one sorted list; a click opens the right chat in the right workspace.
Menu bar and ⌘K for contacts Available
The latest unread chats from the menu bar, hidden while the app is locked, and recent contacts in ⌘K.
Quick replies in the message box Available
Insert a saved answer where you type. You still press send yourself.
Translation of displayed messages Available
Shown under the message and marked as translated; on your Mac where it supports it, or with your own key.
Voice message transcription Available
On request, with a button: on your Mac with Apple’s speech recognition (macOS 15 or later), or with your own OpenAI key.
Writing help on your draft Available
Rephrase, correct or translate what you are about to send, on your Mac or with your own key. It only touches your draft.
Scam alert Available
Local rules that flag fake bank links, code requests or “new number” messages. A warning, never a block.
What comes next
Windows Hello on Windows Planned
Unlock IsolaDesk with your face or fingerprint on a PC, like Touch ID on a Mac.
Translated dictation Planned
Speak in your language and get the message translated in the box, on your computer or with your own key. You still press send.
What IsolaDesk will not do
- Scheduled or bulk sending, automatic replies and chatbots.
- Extracting or importing contacts for prospecting.
- Fake locations, address rotation or tricks to get around WhatsApp’s rules.
- Copying your WhatsApp sessions or conversations anywhere else, or AI hosted by us.
